Snapdeal.com — Refund is not done | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had ordered a Micromax Television on Snapdeal.com which was delivered on 21-March-2016. We had called for Authorized Technician from micromax For the Installation purpose. Once the installation was done the technician told us the product is faulty. I immediately lodge the compliant in snapdeal regarding the product on 22-March-2016. Snapdeal took 4 weeks to make the Pick-up. That's really pathetic. i have Shared my Bank details with Snapdeal for Refund on 21-April-2016 i was promised that the amount will refunded to account within 4 working Days but as of now it has been 10 days i have not got the money in my account. Daily i am calling and reminding them on this. they giving hoax promises like i will getting it in 2 hours, 4 hrs & 24 hrs Blah Blah... Please look into the Issue.
