[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund is not happened | |||
I have booked Nikon Coolpix L29 16.1MP Digital Camera on 11th November in Snap deal and cancelled the same few(2-3) days back since booked. I have called Snapdeal customer care few times(4) and they said I need to share my CC statement. Yesterday I send back with my statement but I couldn't find any process and enclosing with this mail too. I mailed to [protected]@snapdeal.com but it is keep bouncing back to my home address. is this way that snapdeal respond to customers? I am keep sending mails and calling customer service for my refund but I am not getting any update or call on my request. This is totally unacceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||
