Snapdeal.com — Refund issue. | |||
My name is Kartikay and my issue is related to refund. I had placed a order of a Mobile which is Infocus M530 16GB which costs Rs. 11513. I had placed this order through ICICI Net Banking. When I had placed this order then the amount had debited from the account but the order had not placed. When I had talked to the Snapdeal customer care then he had told that your order had been cancelled due to some technical problem and you will get your money refunded within 24 hours. But till now I had not got my money refunded back in my account. Please help me in this problem. I had placed this order on 5th October, 2015 at 10:25 p.m. Till now I have not got any message related to this or any phone call or email. Please help me. My mobile number is [protected].
