[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — refund not credited. | |||
I purchased zebronic speakers(Rs.855) vide order no. [protected] from snapdeal.com on 19/08/2014 and returned the product via company courier service as the product was found to be defective, I got a confirmation mail from snapdeal that they have received my product and confirmed my refund will be credited into my bank account within 5 to 7 working days but till now that payment haven’t credited into my account .when I contacted customer care they said we have already credited the money into your bank account on 01/09/2014 which is really shameful as no money has been credited into my account on that day and even on any other day. I contacted customer care 7-8 times by e-mail and telephone and even sent my bank account statement for last 3 months showing all transactions, but no positive response has been taken from them, they are actually bypassing all their rules and cheating customers Was this information helpful? | |||
