Snapdeal.com — Refund not initiated for returned damaged product | |||
I placed an order on snap deal and I received that product on 25-April-2014, the moment I received I unpacked it and found that the product was damaged, I immediately contacted customer care and got the next steps to initiate refund and I did that on the same day, I sent email with damaged items photographed and received an acknowledgement from snap deal. Then after few days they sent me an email with return form attached with it and they instructed me to attach the form and handover the damaged item to the courier pickup guy who was sent by snapdeal.com. The item was pickedup by the snapdeals courier guy on 05-May-2014. Then I contacted snapdeal after few days to get the status of refund but they ignored telling that they didn't receive the item and this continued till this day. Latest I followed up with snapdeal on 08-July-2014 giving them a hint on the complaint which I was planning to file against them if they fail to respond for the query but they never cared about that.
