[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — REFUND NOT RECIEVE FOR MY ORDER ID [protected]

Respected sir/madam i place order in snapdeal on 17/12/2014 my order id is [protected] and the deliver mobile handset on 27/12/2014 on cash on delivery.i will complain to snapdeal on 30/12/2014.because my mobile handset is heeting then use internet and low battery problem. snapdeal reply by mail to me please go to service center micromax mobile and i am reply i cant go to service center because i have no time for this. finally 9/1/01/2015 snapdeal customer service excutive call me she ask me please go to service center and make DOA LETTER after doa letter snapdeal refund u.then i go to service center then service center employee ask me DOA LETTER is make only 7 day of IMEI activation date my imei activation date is 31/12/2014 so we cant make DOA LETTER.after this conversation im call to snapdeal and say this conversation. snapdeal customer service say that if service center not make doa letter u make job sheet from service center. then i go to service center for make job sheet, service center employee say if i make job sheet mobile handset 45day custody in service center the cant return my mobile in before 45days this problem share to snapdeal but the cant any help me.please help me and refund my money.regards

MY ORDER NO.IS [protected] AND ME RETURN PRODUCT AT 15/01/2015. SNAPDEAL LAST MAIL AT 16/01/2015 CONFIRM BY SNAPDEAL . MY PRODUCT IS RECEIVE BY SNAPDEAL AND MY REFUND AMOUNT IS CREDIT IS MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT TODAY 28/01/2015 I WILL CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT MY AMOUNT IS NOT CREDIT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT.TODAY IMMEDIATELY CREDIT TO MY REFUND IN MY BANK ACCOUNT OTHERWISE I WILL ANY STEP AGAINST SNAPDEAL TEAM.
PLEASE HELP ME INDIAN CONSUMER TEAM.

i place order in snapdeal on my order id is [protected] and the deliver Lenova mobile handset on 23/11/2015 .i complain to snapdeal on 24/11/2015.because my mobile handset is not ON and unable to ON the mobile. snapdeal reply by mail to me please go to service center Lenova mobile and i am reply i cant go to service center because i have no time for this to make DOA LETTER.
If i have time why should i Purchase through Online or E-commerce i will go to showroom and directly i can purchase.
This idiotic reason help desk is behaving if you are continue to do this i will go to consumer court.
