[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund of cancelled order | |||||
Sir On 18 Nov 2016 I order a dell laptop (dell inspiron 3558) with order id [protected] and on 20 Nov 2016 I cancelled the order . On the same day the cancellation was accepted by snapdeal .then after 10 days when refund was not intiated I talk to snapdeal customer care which guide me to talk to india post and I did the same and india post told me that the product was sent back to the seller and it has been received by the seller. The next day again I talk to snapdeal customer care they assured me that the refund will soon be given but nothing happened.still I m waiting for them to reply but nothing from their side.
