[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refund related issue | |||
I had ordered moto g turbo and its back cover and made the payment wid my debit card but i cancelled order within 30 minutes due to various reasons. And i got message saying your money will be refunded in 4 business days. But i didn't get the refund. And when i contacted customer care they told me to wait for some more time. And few of customer care executives gave false and irrevalent information. Its a pure mental harassment. Very poor customer care support. Kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
