Snapdeal.com — My refund/replacement request is not being processed still the returned item has been picked up by the snapdeal | |
For the order id [protected] Nokia X Dual SIM (Colour: Black), i got faulty mobile, suddenly i complaint to the snapdeal and i returned the product to the snapdeal for the replacement and it gone more than 9 days still now there is no one action taken by the snapdeal. I send mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com for many times.but they not responding for these issue.
