Snapdeal.com — Reg: cheap quality bean bags are providing. | |||||
I purchased 2 bean bags in march 1) first item was torned in the month of april at stiches. When i called there is no response from customer care and seller, when you are not able to support why are you maintaining the snapdeal. The product is torned and there is no service from the seller as there is no service in hyderabad. Is that my problem? When it is in warranty why should i go to third party for repair? When you dont have service center in hyderabad you should not sell the product in hyderabad? 2) for 2nd item beans filled up with low quality and if i sat on the bag looking like sat on floor as the low class beans are completely compressed. Unfortunately i heard another meaning of warranty from your educated care team as if there is no service in my city i need to do it with thirdparty by paying. Is this called warranty? When you dont have warranty in the city you should not sell the product in those cities.
