[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Rejecting order return without any valid reason | |||||
Ordered Mi Max from Snapdeal, was facing a minor issue with screentouch and also I felt screen size is little large. Of course just loking at d configurations on paper and the actual product with the configurations is different thing. So I returned my product but snapdeal rejected it mentioning no return for electronics product. Guys its a mobile worth Rs. 15000/- and bought from the money of my hard-work. How can I let it waste because of your pathetic policy. I don't even want refund of the money. I am ready to by other mobile/products from your site only. Still you are not co-operating. This is really disgusting. I would like to have a helping hand from you which will obviously be useful for the promotion as well and will lead to customer satisfaction.
