Snapdeal.com — Replacement not processed even after two weeks of request registration | |||||
I had ordered one surya 3 burner automatic gas ignition from snapdeal which got delivered on[protected] bit on checking the product it was found that two burners are not working at all and the same has been communicated to snapdeal and asked for refund of my amount and they registered the request and told me that in 3-4 business days my product will be picked up by there courier agent and refund will be processed but till date no courier agent has came up for pickup and snapdeal representatives are not even responding to my complaint and emails, product and delivery details are as follows Order id - [protected] Date of delivery[protected] Date of complaint[protected] Complaint reference no[protected] My email id - [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

We ordered the tablemate it was damaged in delievery box and we returned and keep a refund request to snapdeal.And your SD team sent message to our phone that refund was failed.that team said please upload your neft details.we don't know about neft
