Hello, My name is kahkashan masroor and i have placed a replacement order for my product (Suborder id - [protected]) with snapdeal on 27th november. But no attempt has been made from company to pick it up. And now i got a text saying my replacement request is cancelled. Please tell me to whom should i contact and try to solve my issue asap.
