[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return and refund policy | |||||
I had purchased two wrist watch for kids. After receiving the items, I realized that items are not matching with description given on Snapdeal. So I returned them. Once items were received back by Snapdeal, they informed me that my return request is declined. After that 1.5 months are already gone till date, but I have neither received item back nor my money. And there is no provision for customer care in any form . So please think many times before ordering from Snapdeal. Was this information helpful? | |||||
