[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Return request closed | |||||
I have purchase Pigeon grand nonstick from snap deal .. I request to return it could product was damaged... Once courier person called me and clearly told him that it's my office so please collect product in office time... After that day.. I don't get any all from courier person... Return request closed on 2 nd november 2016 ... On same day before request closed I talked to executive of snap deal.., after that day I talked to number of times with executive... All refused me to open the request.., when I asked reason they told me that court person told that address is wrong and he contacted so many times.., I excuse him that if snap deal can deliver no. Of products in same address then how courier person can say that this is wrong address...I know that due to Diwali season courier person never tried to contact me as well as to personally come to my office to pickup product... After this I called executive... He promise me to transfer call to senior person but no call back and now on I can't make call from registered number coz they blocked me I think... It's a worst experience.. I never expect from any standard online company.. Hope for positive response Was this information helpful? | |||||

Plz re open my return request

I ordered one saree from snapdeal but wrong product dilevered .my order id is [protected]. I placed return request on same day of delivery but next day my return request closed by snapdeal. My product was returnable under 7 days of easy return policy of snapdeal.so several times I call to customer care but they refuse to open my return request and made several excuses. I asked to forward call to senior or manager but no call from there side .now i can't call also to customer care because they blocked me .very bad experience. I had never expected this from the repetitive company like snapdeal. I hope for positive response.
