[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal has not delivered order till time. Kept my money for long time without my approval. | |||
I have purchased a “Luv Lap Green Sunshine Stroller” on 11th Oct for Rs3120. They have given me following dates: Estimated Dispatched Date : On or Before Oct 13, 2014 Delivery Date : Oct 19, 2014 Product Name: Luv Lap Green Sunshine Stroller Product Code: [protected] Product Amount: 3120 On their website they keep increasing the Delivery date without my concerns whether I want money back or product itself. First they increase the delivery date to 24th Oct, 2014 and then to 30th Oct, 2014. I first put my complaint on 17th Oct as I can see that item was even not handed to courier services till then. Request no. for the same was 10565576. I again made the complaint (Request No:[protected] via call on 28th Oct, 12:09 PM and was assured of call back on the delivery status within 24 hrs. I didn’t get any response from them and I called them back on 29th Oct, 11:57 PM. The customer care lied to me that product has reached to my city (Pune). But I can still see that blue dart kept my product in Mumbai only (source place). Was this information helpful? | |||
