Hi Team: I ordered for spac wood carnival bed from Snapdeal and order ID was [protected].order placed on 20th April 2016 and received on 30th April 2015 but no installation so far.more then 30 calls from my side to snap deal customer help line number but always same answer we will do it but result is zero. When i raised request for return that time got reply area is out of service we can not pick it up you have to pack it and send back to our ware house.If it can be delivered at that address then it can be picked up also. I got call from your team but till now no solution.Same commitment only no solution.I need problem solution rather then commitment.
Again i got SMS stating that Pack in original packing and send to our ware house.
I dont want any further commitment.Last 27 days i am suffering with your service deficiency.Enough torture from you team
If You can not solve issue refund my money.
