[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Status delivered but item not received | |||||
Hi, My order id is [protected] and for the suborder id [protected] i.e. Luminarc salto glass tumbler, is placed on 23rd October is dispatched on 24th. But today 27/10/2016 i received a message saying the product is delivered. But i didnt receive any product till now nor any courier parson called me. Even in the status of snapdeal site, it shows delivered when i didnt even receive the product. Please look into the matter and update me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I ordered iPhone 6 on 14th May 2017 and I got message on app i.e. 18thMay 2017 that my product is delivered though it is not delivered to me yet and there is no good customer support of Snapdeal
There is no way I can see tracking ID or anything
It's just not trustworthy to pay such a huge amount online and than you don't receive product
If this issue is not resolved will take this issue social and consumer court mind it to deliver product on time and to concern person only
