[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Tampered package was delivered | |||||
The package containing zebronics vr headset(order no.-[protected]) which was delivered on 24/9/2016 by Sumit Kumar was tampered and when i asked them to let me check if my product is in there or not, i was refused. the box was torn from one side. the delivery person behaved very harshly. he said that it was torn while being stacked in the delivery bag and your product would be fine inside but according to the condition of the delivery box, it didnt seemed that even my product was inside the box or if it was it might have broken.
