Snapdeal.com — Unable to download Invoice of the product I purchased and absence of proper communication path for complaint. | |||
Order id: [protected] Product : infocus m370i When i received the product i had some issues with it so i applied for refund but the costumer care executive that called up after the complaint told me that my issues were not covered by the return policy. The product remained with me. But now (After 7 months of purchase) my handset has shown up some technical issues which are to be covered by its manufacturer warranty. Therefore i logged onto the order history page to download the invoice. I was surprised to see that the order history says 'returned' while it was not (I have attached a screenshot of the page). I tried to resolve the issue by searching for a way to communicate this particular problem but couldn't find any. I believe this is some technical problem with the page. I hope snapdeal resolves the issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
