Snapdeal.com — V guard vg 500 stabilizer received in physically damaged condition | |||
I have purchased v guard stabilizer for Rs. 2200 through snapdeal.com. cargo (stabilizer) was found to be physically damaged. i have requested for replacement. snapdeal says that they dont do pick up from my area( please note:- my area is jalgaon which is a big city and almost all online portals provide pick up from this particular area) below are details of complaint:- ticked id:[protected]refer several telephonic conversations) reference no:[protected]for complaint / query dated 19.04.2016, which was suppose to be responded within 24 hours, is still pending) reference no;[protected] order id:- [protected] snapdeal are asking us to deliver the product by courier. but most of the courier agency are denying to take the cargo as they dont deliver to their warehouse. only bluedart is ready to deliver, but they are asking for Rs. 1800/- . i cannot spend another Rs. 1800/- for the product of Rs. 2200/-. even if they refund this amount, i am not willing to spend another 1800/- rupees for such poor service. i have asked them to arrange for pick up of the cargo ( v guard stabilizer) and arange for replacement urgently. but still they are not responding. What the hell. Provide replacement urgently. You keep arranging for pick up as per your convinence.
This is bull. On one hand today your representative called us and saying that we are arranging pick up and on other hand I am receiving below Sms-

everyday we are getting call from your team and they are making false commitment that item will be picked up within 24 hours, but they deny to give commitment in writing.
snapdeal should arrange replacement urgently as my money is held with them from almost 2 weeks and you can arrange pick up as per your convinence.
i have purchased stabilizer for my Air conditioner, if my Air conditioner gets damaged due to voltage fluctuation, snapdeal will be repsonsible to pay us damage expense for airconditioner.

I cannot send manually, as they are charging rs 1800/- you have to arrange pick up
Now you won't reply.
