I ordered pink frock for 3-4 year child but i received blue top with white leg-in for 10-12 year child. I was very upset with the snap deal services. I returned item on 18oct, 2016. I suppose to get refund within next 2 hours but i have not received my refund yet. I tried to contact snap deal in many ways but they are not reachable and no body has contacted me yet. I realized that i put incorrect bank details. Fyi-i have now updated corrcted bank details on website. I am requesting you to please initiated refund asap. So the snap deal had initiated refund which was failed.I have updated correct bank details with my bank statement. Please refund my money Asap.
