[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — wrong information given on website and delivered wrong product, now refusing to give product

My name is goldy suri.I bought tablate ambrane a3-7 (2g n 3g calling) this year(2014) feb from snapdeal.Com.L am giving you some details.

My complaint is that the information about the product these people given on there website it is not true it is tottaly wrong.Because i am a new user of any tablet i read the product description and technical specifications carefully after that i purchaged ambrane tab from site.But when i show this product to technically sound person then i got to know that i have been cheated by snapdeal.Com.

They mentioned on website : processor cortex a9 1.5ghz.
But the processor is 1ghs.
They mentioned battery type is : 4000mah browsing time 5-6hours standby time upto 3days.
But battery is only 3500mah browsing time 3-4hours standby time upto 1day.
And more lies


This is there mistake and they have to pay for it.I dont want my money back.
All i need that first they rectify product information on there website.
Take back there product ( ambrane a3 -7 ) from me. And give me another
Product of configuration ( which they showed on there website ) (2g n 3g
Calling) via sim, 1.5ghz and 4000mah battery tablet not less than.
I want another product.

Because this is not only matter of money this is metter of justice that nobody
Can cheat you either on reputed website like snapdeal.Com.
They people broke my faith on online shopping.
Give me justice please.
