Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered

I have received wrong product on 5/7/2014. I ordered "Seagate Backup Plus 1 TB Hard Disk (Black)" (Model No: STBU1000300"), but i received Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1TB External Hard Drive (Model No:Model No: STDR1000300) which is lower in cost & features. I had order TP-Link 150 Mbps Wireless N ADSL Router (TD-W8951ND) and wrong product was delivered to me.

When asked for refund/ replacement, I was asked to send the product to them instead of offering a reverse pick up.

I have order Prestige PIC 2.0 Induction Cooker on 8th Oct'14 from snapdeal.com, they people guaranteed that this will be dispatched with in two working days but it got dispatched from their side on 16th Oct'14. Then this product
delivered to me on 29th Oct'14 but it was handover to our society security guard not me, and fact that i was available in my apartment.

Now the delivered product is wrong product and i immediately requested for replacement that is 29th oct'14 only. Now till that no one has come for reverse pickup.

When I purchased the Laptop, the product description in snapdeal website said, the laptop will have a Nvidia Graphics card. And this was the main reason I purchased this laptop. But when i received it on[protected], I found that the laptop has no Nvidia Graphics card, but an ordinary Grapjics card from a different brand. But when i contacted snapdeal, they said they cant do anything about it. Now snapdeal has cheated me and I lost my money. But I badly want to give back the laptop and get my money back, because it is wrong on the side of snapdeal. Please help.

Worst experience with SNAPDEAL, i had ordered an Microwave oven(LG) from snapdeal but different model was delivered, they asked me to send them the pics of the oven, receipt etc and then they started the process of replacing or refund.
You have done a mistake why should i sending you the pics for that.
I had also ordered a mobile htc 816G on 11/11/2014 but that is not delivered till today(7 days),

Had ordered a wireless mouse from snap deal. The merchant has delivered a cheaper mouse than the one that was originally ordered. The site is still showing that the product is in process when I'm trying to initiate a return process. Already the delivery of this product has taken too long, now ill have to wait again for them to pick this up and initiate a return/replacement process. Not happy with the service extended by Snapdeal still no complaint has been registered. The company should check with their merchants on the quality and type of product they deliver and on top of that they should ensure that if a wrong product has been delivered by mistake, they should immediately ship the right one and not make the customer wait for for the return process and then start with the shipping which would take another 15-20 days. Till then I'm here without the product which i needed on an urgent requirement.
