[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong product delivered ( order number : [protected] ) | |||
I have placed HP 15-r007tu portable laptop from snapdeal.com worth re 30990 . And same was printed in the invoice but they cheated me . I haven't received the product I ordered . So, basically what I orderd was printed on the invoice of that product however got a different model all together. Since then, I am following up with them. They advised me to wait for 48 hours so that courier company can come and pick the wrong product but nobody has come yet. They have given a landline number to contact but whenever I try contacting them, it is always switched off. Also, I advised my Hdfc bank to make EMI for that amount and they have created the same and ithas come in my statement but I do not have any product . I have called snapdeal several times but sometimes they disconnect and sometimes promise me for refund but nothing has been resolved . My 30990 rs are at stake at the moment. Please help .
