[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Wrong Product delivery and irresponsible customer service. | |||
I had ordered True Star Powerful Drill Machine Kit from snapdeal (order no [protected]), but they had delivered a wrong product which had some of its parts broken as well as missing. On applying for replacement/refund, I got a mail from Mr. Lalit Singh that their courier service is not able to arrange for return pick up from the given address and requested me to send back the faulty product via a national courier service and that they will be refunding back our courier charges in the form of SnapDeal Cash. Accordingly I had shipped back the product via a courier service. But now they are saying that they wont be able to replace/refund the product as the 7 days return policy has been expired. Whereas they themselves took over two weeks to deliver the product. I have never seen such customer service in my life. I can boldly say that FLIPKART is FAR FAR FAR better than SNAPDEAL. Snapdeal is an online company which is formed by cheaters and thieves. Was this information helpful? | |||
