[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Yu yureka (16 gb) | |||
I had ordered the YU Yureka mobile phone on 05.11.2016 on snapdeal, and the item delivered to me on 08.11.2016, i saw the description of the said mobile handset before booking, there is nothing mention about the second slot of mobile phone that either SIM or SD Card use at one time, rather it is mention that it a dual sim phone. Secondly, i am calling to their customer care centre for return the product since last 3-4 days continuously and they told that our team will be call you within 24 hours, but i haven't received any call from their end till now.
