I work at a building in Houston, Texas which is serviced by a Sodexo Café. For the last 3 days, there credit card system has been out of order, forcing all tenants to use cash. (Which is extra inconvenient because there is not an ATM in the building.)
The poor cashier is at her wits end. It sounds to us, that nothing is being done – or at least not quickly – to rectify the situation. As big of a company that Sodexo is, one would assume that it would offer better technical support to its locations.
Also, one of the self-serve coolers has been out of order for at least a week. Was this information helpful? |
