We ordered 55k worth of tiles. We opened one box and all tiles therein was broken. When informed dealer, he asked to call company. When contacted somany company, they did not respond appropriately. Dealer also made false claims that each tile was checked, however only 2 boxes were checked by delivery boy out of 20 boxes. We are shocked and very disappointed by their beahaviour. Will never buy somany ever again. My money was completely wasted. Even Rigorous follow ups could not help. Was this information helpful? |
