[Resolved]  Soni Indane Gas Serice Balachaur, Nawanshahar (Punjab) — cylinder not deliever on time

dear sir/mam, I am Harwinder kaur w/o Harjit Singh from Mehandipur, ward no. 12 tehsil balachaur.. i have booked my cylinder on dated 12 oct 2014 its 10 days ago. till now cylinder is not deiliver and the balachaur sony indane service employee not pick up the phone.they are so irresposible employee.they told me that son the of mr.shamboo going tomorrow to balachaur for deliver cylinder but we are not received yet.this is not the solution.and i dnt like online booking system.because of this customer facing many problems. i hope that my problem would be sought out in short period. thanks & reagrds harwinder kaur.
