The service at J.N road branch of sonovision Rajahmundry, AP is really poor. We bought a tv 20 days back at this showroom . After paying the cash, they told us that an airtel dish would be installed along with the T.V in 2 days. But 20 days passed by and they hadnt installed any such dish. However on contacting them they either blame the airtel members or tell some cock and bull stories. It has been almost 20 days and still our complaint is not rectified. Contact no.
