Sony Bravia — pethatic service, not expected from international brand ( Cheating customers and very rude customer service team)

This is to bring into your notice that I asked for service for my television through online[protected] and a service technician called me on[protected]and told that the panel board of my TV (Model Bravia LCD TV :KLV-32V400A) is damaged it is costing around 11500 Rs meantime another technician called from same service centre and told that the panel board is costing around Rs. 20, 000 why this much Price difference after that the service technician[protected] night visited my house and told that panel board is damaged without opening the TV set. I think the Service centre people are cheating me. when asking for Reference No. the technician talked badly. they are commending us to pay the money what is this??? Is this sony the international brand?? so pity Actually I want to what is the price of panel board for KLV-32V400A ???
