[Resolved]  Sony — Complaint against my Sony Brevia LED TV

May i draw your kind attention that, my Sony Brevia LED TV 24", problem is facing since Aug2013 that screen not sharp or clear. So many times i was loged complaint in Sony Customer Care, complt.no's given bellow.

I have more complaint no's, there is no need to mention here, these are enough. But there is no positive responce from Sony. neither any technician visit or nor any phone call received from Sony India. I think this is not customer service this is showing customer herasment service. What type of service provide against customer complaint's by sony . So request you kindly take this seriousley otherwise i have to loged this in consumer service.
