Sony — complaint against Sony servicing centre Chhindwara (M.p.)

Compaint against sony servicing centre (2nd floor Mansarover complex bus stand City :Chhindwara[m.p.]) I HAD submitted my xperia phone for speaker problem When I went to collect that phone I found a big Crack on my screen touch and speaker not working Earlier everything was working except speaker problem. My phone was under warranty and the mistake they did to my phone I need to pay 10000/- for it... Service has no proper working The engineer working there is not present in office... I just had to roam there 100 times when I gave there my phone I was not having a receipt of my submitted phone too..I have only 6 months I purchased this phone zr.How irresponsible?
