I have purchased sony led tv (klv32r402) slno:4113467 . Some display problem generayed in march2014, am complaint in sony customer carr service at 3-4-2014 than one of the service authorsied registered at job card no :j40672668dt-3/4/2014.but cannot solve problem and againest complaint sony care comp no:19642431dt:20/06/2014 again one of tha service auther come and collect some particulars .service executive no:[protected] but cannot action .now call at senior service author ms susmitha no[protected] till date cannot solve my problem now position what can i do .very very wost for consumer serviced in sony
