Sony India — 4th time problem in product

Sony India has so bad services. They are just irritating me alot with their all time worst products. People buy things/products for their own and i think sony wants to keep their products for themselves. I brought this phone SONY XPERIA SP, (IMEI-[protected]) and now i had to send my phone again for microphone problems. I don't know what they did with my phone. I am so mentally tensed, please ask sony to help me solve my issues or i can go to consumer court. My friends asked me to buy apple Iphone but i myself went for sony and now i am regretting. And i haven't received my jobnumber till now from sony. They are so careless. Help me please sir/ma'am.
