We have a LCD TV, which we were purchased on 26/01/2012, three year back. And suddenly on dated 11/08/2015 the video visibility goes out from the TV, we contact your good self and ask for assistance on Dated. 13/08/2015, and your customer care representative suggests that yours TV mechanic will visit to us in between 2 days. But your Mechanic will give us a visit on dated 17/08/2015, and he told the Panel got damaged, but how he fails to Ans . He said its happens usually. we got into shocked that we have spend a big amount to purchase this TV and only in between the panel got problem how this happens and Why. Then we give a visit to your service centre on dated. 18/08/2015 your representative over there gives us the same ANS. Its happens some time it’s an electronic product, and any cause will happen any time. And kept the TV with him and said we will let you know the exact problem and solution over phone in between 2 days after checking and RND. but they don’t give us any call by a week .when haven't got any call from your service centre we contact our own .And then they replied your panel was damaged which need to replace and for that we need to pay half of the money. We paid the money on dated 24/08/2015 and he give us 7 days time to repair and hand over the TV . But after a continues fallow up we are unable to get Our TV repaired. It’s almost Take more than 1 month from the problem occurred to our TV and we continuously follow-up to your good self by phone and by self visit but there was no solution from your side as yet ...I hope you may understand without a TV me and my family was suffering and hurrahing from last 30-40 days. Please look into the matter and give the solution ASAP.
