Sony India — Authorized service centre not giving proper service | |||
Dear Sir, I purchase your product Sony smart phone Sony xperia C In month of October. 2013. I feel very nice to use your product & I impressed. But from last there is problem in my smart phone the home & back key is not working. I submitted that to your authorized service centre in S.G. Info tech, Thakkar Mall Borivali West, Mumbai. Also they told there is no liquid or physical damage so it will done. Then after 10 days they returned my smart phone & told Its done. When I reach My home and start use again start same problem. Then again submitted that to service centre. Then after 8 days they returned my smart phone & told its done. But Thats not done. Today again I am submitting that in your that service centre. Plaese tell me clearly are solving my problem or are you unable to solve customer problem. Please Instruct your service center to provide good and proper service. I want my cell complete fresh.
