I had a mobile of Sony company. Sony Xperia z2. I bought it on 9 Feb 2015. On 6th Feb 2016 my phone's touchscreen broke I went to d service center now the service center told me my phones warranty has expired and the cherry on the cake Xperia z2 cannot b repaired it gets exchanged that too if the phone is under warranty and after giving 14500/- again.

im sardar sunny singh i bought a 40" led a year ago
i wanted to extend the warranty of the product and paid the extended warranty amount at the authorised service center at my city
till now i didnt get my extended warranty card and the service center people are extending it..
i have paid the amount only after confirming this data from sony india customer care through a phone call...

to day on 12 pm, i had registered my complain by my mobile phone ([protected]) my tv blincking start and within 2 second close restart again and stop.At present even not start. Till i have not got my complain no. Pl do needful as earliest possible.
