Internal Storage very low

Hi, I have brought a new Sony xperia C.In the specification, we could see internal storage as 4 GB, but in real scenario, the phone memory together with internal storage is only 2 GB. forgery at service centre

The service centre, JP ELECTRONICS ROHINI (ND) Forged us by putting faulty screws in XPERIA M. Also all the screws were not put. 6 were missing After a month or so when we got complaints with the lock button and mentioned the screw issue guy acted damn rude and asked to perform some check to find if the handset had been checked outside. Now they are not ready to accept there mistake....
