[Resolved] Sony India — Broken screen - KLV-40R482b LED TV | |||
I have brought sony KLV-40R482b LED TV on[protected] from Future retail LTD E Zone-HT-Noida sector 38A with order number [protected]. They delivered TV on[protected] and send engineer on[protected] for set up. While opening the box, Engineers found broken TV inside. After That I have been following up with Sony service center and Ezone employee, but still awaiting any fruitful response. On 13th June, Sony service has sent one employee to prepare a report on it but it is very painful to say that the situation is still same. It makes me feel that I have been trapped after paying such a huge amount as It has been more than one week but no none of the concerned department are showing any responsibility.This is not acceptable from Sony and Ezone.
