[Resolved]  Sony India — Communication Very Poor

Dear Sir / Madam, Greetings from SURYA SHEKHAR CHATTERJEE!!! I would like to inform you that i had purchase a SONY 24" LED TV on dated 20.10.2014 and as well as given installation request on dated 24.10.2014 vide request ID 21874808. But unfortunately it was canceled automatiacaly without intimation from your end. After that i was calling regarding installation and your representative told me that it was cancel. That time i was again request him to take new installation request vide request ID 21981747 on dated 28.10.2014 but still date i was not updated or call from your end regarding this issue and i was very much upset in your service. How will you serve your customer if your communication process is very low category. It is my complain against you and i need a fruit full action regarding this issue.
