[Resolved]  Sony India — COMPANY NOT REPLACING DEFECTIVE MOBILE

I PURCHASAED SONY EXPERIA E3 MOBILE FROM DEEP DEPT STORE & ART GALLARY, MEERUT(MOB NO- [protected], [protected])ON DATE 5/12/2014 BILL NO 2777 THE PROBLEM IS THAT AFTER INSERTING SIM CARD AND STARTED MOBILE THE SYMBOLE OF SPEAKER WITH BEEP SOUND APPERED ON SCREEN AFTER 1MIN INTERVAL AND DISTERBUING ME AND IT CONTINUE UNTILL SWITCH OFF THE PHONE, IVISITED THREE TIMES TO SERVICE CENTER AT MEERUT, EVEN LEFT MY PHONE FOR 3-4 DAYS BUT MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED AND WHEN I ASKED FOR D.O. THEY SAID THAT D.O. WILL ISSUE WITH IN SEVEN DAYS OF PURCHASE ONLY . WHERE AS I VISITED SERVICE CENTER WITH IN 2 DAYS OF PURCHASE.I.E AGAIN ON 7/12/2014, 9/12/2014 PLEASE DO NEEDFUL SO THAT COMPANY REPLACE MY PHONE.
