Sony India — Complaint on 06/08/2014 not closed yet. | |||
I Sri Dillip Kumar Biswal purchase one Sony Bravia LCD 32 inches on 14/05/2014 from your dealer KBM Electonics, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi. TV is not working from 05/08/2014. I had lodged a complain on Sony Customer Care on 06/08/2014 with request ID 20342798. Your Engineer was visited on 07/08/2014 and told panel is not working, i will sibmitt my report in service centre. Our customer care Van will pick up your TV set & it will repair in Service centre. It will take 3-4 days. Nobody had come to pick up the TV Set till 13/08/2014. Again I had telephoned to the service centre on 13/08/2014. The same day the have pick up my TV set to service centre & told me it will take 3-4 days for repair. Today 18/08/2014 when i had telephoned to service centre, they told me that panel is not available, we are not sure when we can complete your complain. I am lodging a complaint you that please replace my TV otherwise i will go to consumer forum because my TV set is within the Guarrante period, I expect a speedy reply from you.
