Sony India — Complaint - Sony customer service

Hi, My name is Aadil and I've recently purchased a Sony Bravia LED. Its my first LED deal with Sony, previously I was using Samsung. To start with, I'm disgusted by the way your customer service department works and the way my complaint is dealt. I was looking out for an LED to support all video format and while purchasing the LED from Rahul Electronic (Goregaon), I carried my pendrive to check if the videos I want are playing or not. All my Videos were playing fine in the demo LED of the retailer but since I've received my LED, most of the formats don't play. I explained this to the technician who came to setup my LED and he confirmed it could have been a problem with my pendrive. Later, i checked other 2 pendrives and had the same problem. I recorded 6 videos from my mobile phone out of which 2 are not getting played although all videos are of same format. Non of the video of my pendrive which i carried with me to the retailer are working in this LED. I explained and compliant about this to your customer service on 7 dec. On 8 dec, i had a technician visiting my place and confirmed there's problem and he needs to send a senior technician. After this, no one turned up. I called up again on 10 Dec to your customer service. Once dialing the customer service number, i get connected to an advisor to whom i explained everything, he said he will need to transfer my call to complaint team. As soon as the call is transferred, the next advisor disconnects the call. I called again and same thing was repeated 7 times. After getting disconnected 7 times, i got irate and directly asked for a supervisor and spoke to Nitin (i guess). He said he will contact the service center Krish Electronic and call me back to provide updates. Within 10 mins he called me and got a conference call done with Krish Electronic who confirmed someone will visit me on 11 dec to check the problem. NO ONE TURNED UP... On 13 dec, i called again.. Again an engineer was booked. NO ONE TURNED UP AGAIN.. On 14 dec, I called and spoke to siddharth, who kept me on hold for 20 mins and transferred me to other advisor and I had to explain everything all over again. I was on the edge of losing my patience but i still explained everything again and was confirmed an engineer is booked for 15 dec and yet NO ONE HAS COME TO MY PLACE TO FIX THE DAMN LED.. I'm tired of calling your customer service and feel I have done a terrible mistake choosing to buy SONY LED. I thought with a such a big name, you have a better service but i was wrong. Why do you sell products when you don't have the capacity to provide service?? I'm awaiting someone to call me and I hope this email doesn't reach deaf hears. My mobile number is[protected].
