Sony India — Damaged TV not replace within the time

I purchased a LED SONY Bravia TV. Now found a scratches mark on TV screen & a unwanted a little bit light coming in that small span. My tv at the moment has within the warranty period. contact ten days back on 24.08.15. with sony customer care, next day service engineer visit my place & after that no response coming in 9 days. i am contact 6 to 7 times but they are no response, their voice is very nice "call back shortly".
