Sony India — Delay in Getting Headset Repair | |||
Hi, I Visited your Sony Service Center Jaipur ( Global Services ) on 2-4-2014 as i got screen brooked of my Sony Xperia L Headset, Sony people told me you will receive your phone the evening of 7-4-2014, i submitted my phone there and since the day i am keep calling them about my phone and whenever i call them they just say your part has not been received and it is been 8th day i am suffering without my phone i also need to forward the damaged part and the bill to insurance Company but now i can not not as the time period which they gave has been passed. So due to this i am suffered physically and monetary Please do the Need full Was this information helpful? | |||
