[Resolved] Sony India — Disappointed with authorized dealer of SONY Xperia | |||
Hi Sony Support, First of all I would like to notify that I am very disappointed with the service provided by your authorized service centre. I hope you will take necessary action on my complaints mentioned below: I purchased SONY Xperia M2 on 29-June After couple of months of purchasing a brand new handset from CROMA (Kharghar Navi Mumbai) I noticed some defect in screen display that is a blac spot appears on the screen. I approached to DG Mobile Service Panvel on 28 Aug, they promised to repair the handset and gave estimate time 27 Aug. Now its 1 Sept and when call them they are not responding properly. They asked to check the customer care and when I checked customer care they are also giving just another date. Is this kind of service SONY do provide to the customer? If this is the case then I will suggest all buddy's not to buy SONY product. Can you take my concern to high management and act as soon as possible.
