[Resolved] Sony India — display | |||
i was playing game on my sony xperia M. then i left it on the table. i received a phone call from my friend. suddenly i saw that display of my cell phone was broken.. in the begining, when i purchased phone there was a white line in the screen also.. i thought it is not a major problem. so i didn't complain.. now sony care ask me to spend 2500 on the screen... i bought it on 19th april 2014.. this is injustice..my phone is in guarantee period.. i want my phone's display to be replaced at free of cost... I bought sony xperia z1 and within 20 days of purchase the display cracke without any issue..it is rereplaceble under warranty as mentioned in the xperia blog website provided images but still the company is asking me to pay 17000 rs...
