[Resolved]  Sony India — Electric Shocks from TV

Bought 42 LED model # 700 b for Rs 60, 000 just last week . The TV is emanating electric shocks . Electrician tested socket, says earthing is fine and TV is faulty . Made complaint to Reliance and Sony - diverted to Srikara Marketing Req ID 22461348 . It is 3 days since the complaint is made . We are yet to receive a technician . Can someone help ? As far as I am concerned, Sony India's aggressive marketing is backed with an extremely casual attitude of consumer service . Anyways, why should they care ? We are helpless consumers .
